THE INDEPENDENT CONSULTING NETWORK (ICN)

April 2009 saw the launch of ICN with Genecoe as one of the founder members

ICN's aims are:

1. To provide a trusted pool of resource to allow individual member companies to bid for bigger contracts in the confidence that they have the capability to deliver
2. To provide an independent Quality Assurance programme that allows smaller companies to demonstrate a truly professional approach to project quality
3. To provide the launch pad for consortium bids in the public sector, which are currently being encouraged by a number of public sector bodies
4. To share best practice delivery techniques and therefore nurture a culture of continuous improvement.

ICN currently has three member companies:


 Enhance People Consultants are experts in HR, Management Consultancy and Training


Expedience are experts in Supply Chain Consulting, both private and public sector - and are a framework supplier to the Scottish Government.


Genecoe are experts in Sourcing and Procurement, Transition Management, Project Portfolio Alignment, Organisational Redesign and Operational Improvement
