Genecoe was founded in 2005 by a team of experienced consultants
All of our consultants have a minimum of 10 years' experience and we
work with a hand-picked team of Associates from similar backgrounds who
hold similar experience.
At Genecoe we help our clients to make decisions and then deliver
against them: decisions that may be necessary to deliver a strategy for
growth, launch a new product, or accelerate a construction programme.
But more relevantly in this economic downturn, we have significant
experience of helping our clients to take tough decisions when the path
is a bit more rocky. If you're faced with growing costs and
declining demand, we can help you to make the right choices at the
right time.
We are experts in communicating the background information, the
decisions you need to take, and the outcome of those decisions in a way
which cuts through the white noise.
But working with us is not about relying on Genecoe - because unlike
other consultancies, we believe in getting the job done and on getting
out of your organisation as quickly as we can (balancing this with the
